Before opting into the Growth Support offering at Simulation Lab, we kindly ask you to carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions (T&C). These T&C constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you (the intern) and Simulation Lab SRDC.
By choosing to participate in the Growth Support program, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms outlined on this page, regardless of whether your resume is ultimately forwarded to any company. We also encourage you to review our Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, and Legal & Ethical Conduct Policy to fully understand your rights and responsibilities when engaging with any service on the Simulation Lab website.
Note: If you do not agree to or fully understand these Terms & Conditions, we advise that you refrain from opting into the Growth Support offering in Registration Form B.

The Growth Support Terms and Conditions are detailed below.
Discretionary Participation
Growth Support is an optional, value-added initiative offered solely at the discretion of Simulation Lab. Participation in this program is not automatic. The Lab reserves the right to include or exclude any intern from this support based on internal review, completion status, professionalism, or other qualifying factors.
No Guarantees or Placement Commitments
This initiative does not constitute a placement or employment service. While we assist in sharing your resume and project summary with potential employers, we do not guarantee interviews, offers, or responses of any kind from the contacted parties.
Variable Contact Count & Delivery
While we maintain an extensive database of over 100 HR contacts (Indian and international combined), the final number of emails sent may vary depending on:

Availability and validity of HR email addresses at the time of dispatch

Company-specific restrictions or bounce-back issues

Any opt-outs or changes in employer hiring status
Simulation Lab does not commit to a fixed count of outreach and cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries, outdated contact information, or unresponsive recipients.
Intern Responsibility & Consent
Only interns who have successfully completed their internship—including all required deliverables and evaluations—are eligible. Resume forwarding will occur only after we receive explicit, written consent from the intern as part of Registration Form B.
Non-Commercial Intent
This offering is provided at no additional cost to the intern. It is a value-add, not a monetized service. The sole intent is to support our research interns in gaining visibility, not to operate as a recruitment agency.
Internal Quality Control
Simulation Lab retains the right to assess the quality, professionalism, and appropriateness of resumes or requests before forwarding. Any submission not aligning with our standards may be excluded without notice.
Modifications to Growth Support Terms
Simulation Lab reserves the right to modify, update, or revise the content, structure, or terms of the Growth Support offering at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will automatically apply to all interns—past or present—who are eligible for or have opted into the Growth Support program.
Important Note on Availability and Implementation
The Growth Support initiative is a newly introduced, developing, and currently under implementation feature. It is intended exclusively for interns who enroll in the Online Research Internship on or after 25 August 2025, and only if they explicitly opt in by expressing interest while filling Registration Form B. Please note that Growth Support is an optional and evolving offering. Simulation Lab reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or pause this feature at any time without prior notice. In such cases, even eligible interns (including those enrolled after 25 August 2025) may not receive the benefits of this service if it is discontinued or revised.
