Welcome to Simulation Lab! Before registering for an account on simulationlab.in, we kindly ask you to carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions (T&C). These T&C constitute a legally binding agreement (the "Agreements") between you and Simulation Lab SRDC. By using the Simulation Lab Site, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Agreements, regardless of whether you are a registered user. Additionally, we encourage you to review the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and Legal and Ethical Conduct Policy for the Simulation Lab Site before accessing any part of it. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process your personal data when you use the Simulation Lab Site. If you do not comprehend or consent to the terms outlined in the Agreements or Privacy Policy, we advise you against using the Simulation Lab Site.

Privacy Policy

​

  • Privacy Policy: At Simulation Lab, we prioritize the protection and privacy of your personal information. We only collect data that is necessary for the identification of our interns, such as name, address, qualifications, and ID proof.

  • Please note that for record-keeping purposes, the intern's name, college details, and email address are forwarded to ANSYS.

  • When it comes to online payment, rest assured that all the data you enter is encrypted and securely transmitted to the bank. We want to emphasize that we never request any bank-related information through calls or emails. Please exercise caution and refrain from sharing any sensitive banking information through these channels.

Payment Mode

​

We offer convenient online payment methods to ensure a smooth transaction process. You can make payments using the following modes:

​

  1. Card Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and Maestro cards for secure and hassle-free transactions.

  2. UPI/QR: You can utilize UPI or scan the QR code to make payments easily through your preferred UPI app.

  3. Netbanking: We provide the option to make payments directly from your bank account through netbanking facilities.

  4. Wallet: You can use popular digital wallets integrated with RazorPay to complete your payment.

 

With these diverse payment options, we aim to provide flexibility and convenience for your transaction needs.

Refund Policy

​

  • Please note that payments made online (which is the fee submitted with 'Registration Form B') are nonrefundable. We kindly request you to contact us before proceeding with the registration to address any concerns or queries you may have.

Cancellation

 

  • Once you have registered for the 'Online Research Internship' program (registration implies the submission of 'Registration Form B'), please note that cancellation or rescheduling is not possible. Furthermore, it is important to be aware that the research project assigned during registration cannot be changed. Additionally, for both long-term and short-term internships, the selected duration cannot be modified after registration. Please also note that the enrollment is not transferable; the individual who enrolls in the internship cannot transfer their enrollment to another person. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to the program once registered.

Termination of the Internship

​

Termination of the Internship: The internship may be terminated if any of the following conditions apply:

​

  1. Failure to adhere to the scheduled work timeline as outlined in the 'Work Timeline Manual'.

  2. Failure to complete assigned work within the designated timeframe.

  3. Lack of effective two-way communication.

  4. Misuse of the company mail ID for any illegal activities.

  5. Sharing of violent or inappropriate content through chat or any other communication channels.

  6. Use of offensive or disrespectful language towards others during chat or phone conversations.

 

We emphasize the importance of maintaining professionalism and adhering to ethical conduct throughout the internship. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the termination of your internship.

Shipping and Delivery Policy (Digital Item)

​

  • Upon successful completion of the 'Online Research Internship,' the certificate will be promptly emailed to the registered email ID provided during the registration process. This ensures a quick and convenient delivery of the certificate in digital format.

Registration Form A (Free of Cost) | Online Research Internship

​

  • To enroll in the Online Research Internship, please visit the 'Internship and Certification Program' tab where you will find the registration option.

  • 'Registration Form A' is completely free of cost and requires candidates to upload their details and resume.

​

Registration Form B (Fee) | Online Research Internship

  • Upon shortlisting, candidates are required to complete 'Registration Form B' for the Online Research Internship. The fee for this form is ₹3450 (including taxes).

  • We are an 'Open and Independent' Research and Development center, powered by a passionate community of individuals who drive our endeavors forward. In order to sustain this vibrant space, a registration fee is required, supporting our collective pursuit of groundbreaking projects. Rest assured, the internship itself is completely free, with only the Registration Form B fee as the sole cost.

  • The total fee is calculated as follows: Form Fee (₹3000) + 18% GST (₹360) + 4.5% Online Transaction Charge (₹90).

  • Please note that apart from the 'Registration Form B' fee, there are no additional fees or charges for the entire duration of the 'Online Research Internship' program. Once the 'Registration Form B' is submitted, your enrollment in the internship will be confirmed.

  • Registered interns will receive a company email ID for communication purposes.

  • All data and attendance will be managed online using ZOHO Workspace and ZOHO People platforms.

  • You can log in directly on the ZOHO website or through the ZOHO mobile application, or by clicking the login icon located in the top right corner of the company website.

  • Please be aware that payment of the 'Registration Form B' fee, which serves as enrollment in the internship, does not guarantee that you will get the internship certificate. The certificate will only be awarded upon successful completion of the assigned tasks during the internship.

Payment Protection

  • To ensure the security of your payments, all payment links sent on behalf of Simulation Lab are protected by the 'Online Payment - Fraud Protection System' known as CODE Verification System.

  • The 'Registration Form B' is also safeguarded by this system.

  • Emails sent by Simulation Lab will contain a 'Security CODE' along with the link to the CODE Verification System. The link of the CODE Verification System will always start with ‘https://www.simulationlab.in’.

  • Once the 'Security CODE' is successfully verified, you will be able to access and fill out the 'Registration Form B' for the Online Research Internship.

  • Please ensure that you have received the 'Security CODE' from hr@simulationlab.in. If you receive a 'Security CODE' from any other email ID, it is a fraudulent email. In such cases, kindly report it to us at contact@simulationlab.in.

Be Aware

  • We would like to alert you about the presence of fraudulent activities such as fake calls and emails. It is crucial to exercise caution and refrain from sharing any personal information if you receive a call from a phone number other than the one mentioned above. Under no circumstances should you disclose your bank details over the phone or through email.

  • To ensure the legitimacy of the sender, always verify the email address. Emails from Simulation Lab will only come from 'designation@simulationlab.in'. Please note that any email address with a different domain after the '@' symbol, such as '@simulationlab.com' or '@simulationlab.org', is not affiliated with Simulation Lab.

  • Additionally, the prefix of the email address should reflect the designation of the company member, such as director, edirector, hr, or contact. If the email address contains a name like 'amit@simulationlab.in' or 'rahul@simulationlab.in' and requests information on behalf of Simulation Lab, please refrain from providing any information and forward the email to contact@simulationlab.in.

  • Please be aware that official selection and communication emails from Simulation Lab will always be sent from an email address containing 'designation@simulationlab.in' and NOT 'name@simulationlab.in'.

  • When you receive an email with a link, it is essential to verify that the link starts with 'https://www.simulationlab.in'. To exercise an extra level of caution, Simulation Lab recommends navigating directly to the Simulation Lab website by typing 'https://www.simulationlab.in' into your browser.

  • Lastly, please note that Simulation Lab does not initiate contact through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

Fraud Notice

​​

  • We take fraudulent activities and illegal conduct very seriously at Simulation Lab. Any individual found engaging in such activities under the name of Simulation Lab will be subject to legal action by our lawyers, in accordance with the jurisdiction of the 'Bombay High Court' in Mumbai, India. We are committed to maintaining the integrity of our organization and protecting the rights and interests of our stakeholders.

Active Cyber Crime Case

​​

We would like to bring to your attention the following fraudulent email IDs that have been reported to the Cyber Police Department in Pune:

  • bhsgh31@optimum.net (using the fake name 'Hitesh Waskale' and demanding money) | Dated: 29 September 2020

  • a59605@a1.net (using the fake name 'Hitesh Singh Waskale' and demanding money) | Dated: 10 October 2021

  • alt.mail11@a1.net (using the fake name 'Singh Waskale' and demanding money) | Dated: 14 October 2022

 

These cases are actively being pursued by the authorities, and we urge everyone to exercise caution and report any suspicious activity or communication related to Simulation Lab. We are dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of our stakeholders, and we will continue to cooperate with law enforcement agencies to combat cybercrime effectively.
