Resume Forwarding to 70+ Industry Contacts

We’ve curated HR connections at 30+ Indian and 43 international companies actively hiring for CAD and CAE roles. As part of the Growth Support offering, you can choose how broadly your resume should be shared by selecting one of the following options while filling Registration Form B:

• Option 1: National Only (India) Your resume will be shared only with Indian companies (30+ HR contacts).

• Option 2: National + International Your resume will be shared with both Indian (30+) and International companies (43 total) across the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Sweden, Netherlands, Norway, Finland, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates (UAE), South Africa, Brazil

• Option 3: International Only Your resume will be shared only with the 43 international companies listed above, excluding Indian recruiters.

• Option 4: Opt Out You may choose not to participate in the resume forwarding initiative.

 

​If you opt in, your resume and a brief summary of your research will be shared with selected recruiters based on your chosen option—giving you visibility across global markets without the need to reach out individually.

​​Eligibility & Applicability

Growth Support is available only to interns who:

• Are enrolled in the Online Research Internship on or after 24 August 2025 (Not available for interns enrolled before this date)

• Have successfully completed the internship, with all deliverables submitted

• Provide written consent for us to share their resume

• Understand that this is not a placement service and does not guarantee a job
